Deliciousness, full of protein, warmth, kick of spice and all in just one pot! While we’re mostly a desi food, stir fry, steak and salmon kind of family; there are some dishes we crave seasonally and chili happens to be the pick of the season right when we’re officially sick of winter and look forward to thawing out in the Spring.
The best part? It tastes even better the next day!
I used my well loved recipe and took it for a spin in the Instant pot which reduced the cooking time by one hour!

Servings: 6 to 8
Use steps 1 to 7 as is to cook without instant pot. After this, bring to boil and then reduce to simmer. Partially cover with lid and leave on low simmer for two hours, stirring occasionally.
