Easy Lasagna
I’m a working mom who loves to trim steps when possible, especially in lengthier recipes; however I cannot compromise quality or taste. Lasagna is lasagna so it cannot be turned into a 30 minute meal, but this recipe is relatively quicker and tastes delicious with a gentle kick of seasoning to satisfy South Asian taste buds.
The main steps I’ve reduced is not boiling the lasagna sheets and using a store bought chunky veggie laden pasta sauce that really saves time.

I used regular and whole wheat lasagna sheets in the photos as I was testing a higher fiber, less enriched flour option. It turned out great.
Serve with garlic bread.
